Hi there! I am a technical writer at dB Systems, in Hurricane Utah. I quilt, read, write, garden, hike, and study parenting and relationship skills. I also love serving the community as a city council member.

In the fall of 2020 I followed my long-time dream of going to graduate school. I studied Technical Writing & Digital Rhetoric at Utah Tech University, and for my Masters portfolio I focused on attainable housing. This focus resulted in a podcast about attainable housing, and partially in the idea to serve on planning commission and then run for city council. You can hear what my guests and I think on Apple podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, or Stitchr by looking up my name. I completed my degree in December of 2022.

I have four beautiful children and am married to a handsome professor who 3D prints life-sized dinosaur skeletons among his other pursuits. We have more tortoises than I would like, a few chickens, and an iguana.
