I am a quilter, reader, writer, gardener, parent, and real estate professional. I love serving the community as realtor, PTO member, and community council member at our local schools. I have worked in real estate since 2016 and had my license since 2018.
What have I been doing?
I recently took a break to follow my long-time dream of going to graduate school. I studied Technical Writing & Digital Rhetoric at Utah Tech University, and for my Masters portfolio I focused on attainable housing. This focus resulted in my podcast, which for the first year will be about attainable housing. You can hear what my guests and I think on Apple podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, Stitchr, or right here on my feed.
Why should you hire me as a Realtor?
I am affiliated with ERA Brokers Consolidated and the Porter Team. The Team specializes in new construction, but we serve any and all real estate needs. I stay with these two organizations because ERA is First in Service, and the Porter Team is like a family. We care deeply about our clients and their satisfaction. I’m introverted, which means highly sensitive. The strengths I bring to a real estate transaction are my listening skills, my responsiveness to client needs, and my deep love of real estate data. I love studying the market data so I can best inform my clients on strategy in their market moves.
